Sundown Offer terms
The full terms for the Sundown Offer. Plain English. No tricks. These sit alongside Storekit’s standard Terms of Service. Where anything here conflicts with those, the Sundown Offer terms win — for the commitments they cover.
Seven commitments on the offer page. Seven sections of terms below, in the same order. Plus the definitions and the housekeeping.
Definitions
- Sundown Offer — the seven commitments described at gloriafood.storekit.com/sundown.
- Migrating Customer — a Storekit account holder who (a) creates their account between 1 May 2026 and 30 April 2027, (b) identifies GloriaFood as their previous platform during signup, and (c) processes at least one real customer order on Storekit within 90 days of account creation.
- PAYG— Storekit’s Pay-As-You-Go plan. £0 monthly fee. Per-transaction rates apply.
- Storekit++— Storekit’s premium tier. Includes AI upsells, marketplace aggregation, App Studio branded apps, smart reviews, capacity control, and the features listed at storekit.com/pricing.
- GMV — Gross Merchandise Value. Total order value processed through your Storekit account in a given period, before refunds and aggregator fees.
- AOV — Average Order Value. GMV divided by completed orders in the period.
- Migrating-customer rate — 2.9% + 20p per takeaway order; 1.9% + 15p per dine-in QR order. Applies to Migrating Customers only.
- Standard rate— Storekit’s published PAYG rate for non-migrating customers. 3.9% + 20p as of the date above. Subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Who qualifies
You must be a Migrating Customer (see Definitions). One offer per restaurant business. Multi-location operators qualify on their parent account; all locations migrated from GloriaFood inherit the offer.
If you previously held a Storekit account on any plan, you don’t automatically qualify as a Migrating Customer. Email harry@storekit.com and we’ll sort something fair.
01 — PAYG free, for life
No monthly fee on the PAYG plan. Ever.
For Migrating Customers, takeaway transactions are charged at 2.9% + 20p for the first 12 months from your account creation date. Dine-in QR transactions are charged at 1.9% + 15p — and that dine-in rate stays in place for the lifetime of your account, even after the 12-month window closes.
After the 12-month window, takeaway transactions move to our then-current Standard rate. We’ll tell you 30 days before that happens. No rate increase applies automatically without notice.
If we change the Standard rate before your 12-month window ends, your Migrating-customer rate is locked. You’re protected.
Aggregator commissions on third-party channels (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, DoorDash, Just Eat) are set by those platforms, not by Storekit. We pass them through at cost. Storekit’s own commission on those orders is 0%.
02 — 90 days of premium, on us
For 90 days from the date your first real customer order is placed on Storekit, you have full access to Storekit++. No card required at signup.
“Real customer order” means an order placed by an end customer through your live Storekit storefront. Test orders, internal orders and seeded orders don’t count.
At day 91
- Stay on PAYG. We won’t charge you anything. Premium features requiring a paid plan stop being available. Your data, menu, customers and order history stay where they are.
- Upgrade to a paid Storekit++ plan. You provide payment details at that point.
- Take no action. You stay on PAYG. Same outcome as the first bullet.
We don’t auto-charge. We don’t ask for a card upfront. If you have a card on file for any other reason (e.g. an add-on purchase), we won’t bill a Storekit++ subscription without your explicit consent.
03 — One-click importer
The importer pulls the following from your GloriaFood account, where the data is available and accessible through GloriaFood’s published interfaces:
- Menu items, modifiers, item photos and prices
- Customer records (name, email, phone, order history)
- Up to 12 months of order data
- Delivery zones and their fees
- Active promotions
- Basic storefront branding (logo, colour, hero image)
We show you everything in a review screen before anything goes live. You approve, edit, or reject. Nothing publishes until you say so.
We don’t touch your live GloriaFood storefront. Your GloriaFood ordering stays running until you flip your DNS to point at Storekit. You can run alongside GloriaFood indefinitely while you transition.
We can’t guarantee a 100% data match in every case. GloriaFood’s data formats change without notice, and some fields may not be importable in edge cases. If anything’s missing after import, our migration team will fill the gaps — at no charge during your migration window.
04 — Migration concierge
Restaurants with over £50,000 in trailing 12-month GMV (across all channels, evidenced by GloriaFood and aggregator reporting) get a named migration concierge at no charge.
What that includes
- 30-minute kickoff call within 2 business days of signup
- Hands-on importer review and gap-fill
- Payment processor setup support
- DNS cutover assistance
- 90-minute staff training (Loom + live Q&A)
- Active monitoring of the first 24 hours after go-live
- Health check at day 14
- Revenue review at day 30
Restaurants under £50k GMV use the self-serve importer with standard chat support. Self-serve is intentionally productised — most operators complete migration in under an afternoon. Our team is on chat during UK business hours (GMT/BST) and replies same-day.
If you grow past £50k GMV on Storekit within your first 90 days, the concierge service becomes available retroactively. Email harry@storekit.com.
05 — Fee-match guarantee
If, within 12 months of your account creation date, you receive a written, formal quote from a comparable platform that beats your blended Storekit cost on a like-for-like 12-month basis, we will refund the difference once — at your 12-month anniversary.
What “comparable” means
A hospitality online ordering and payments platform with substantively equivalent feature coverage to Storekit — at minimum: takeaway ordering, dine-in QR ordering, payments processing, marketplace aggregator integration, customer database, and email marketing.
What “like-for-like” means
The same channel coverage, the same support tier, and the same 12-month commitment basis. We won’t fee-match against:
- 30-day or 90-day promotional rates designed as sign-up loss leaders
- Quotes that exclude payment processing fees
- Quotes from platforms that don’t include payments processing in their headline price
- Quotes from platforms missing material Storekit features (e.g. no dine-in QR, no aggregator integration)
- Quotes more than 30 days old at the time of submission
How to claim
Send the formal written quote (PDF, email or signed contract) to harry@storekit.com before your 12-month anniversary. We review within 10 business days. If accepted, the refund is paid as a credit against future Storekit fees, or by bank transfer if you’ve already left Storekit, within 30 days of acceptance.
We may also choose to match the price going forward instead of refunding. The choice is yours.
06 — Revenue-uplift guarantee
If, after 90 consecutive days running on Storekit++, your AOV across all comparable channels is not higher than your AOV across the same channels in the trailing 90 days before you switched, we’ll refund the Storekit payment processing fees you paid in that 90-day window.
Conditions
- You must share your GloriaFood AOV data at migration. The importer pulls up to 12 months of order history; that’s the comparison set.
- “Comparable channels” means like-for-like. Your Storekit direct-channel AOV is compared to your GloriaFood direct-channel AOV. New channels you added on Storekit (e.g. enabling Uber Eats aggregation) are excluded from the comparison.
- You must have the AI upsell feature enabled on at least 80% of eligible orders during the 90 days. The guarantee is backed by AI upsells doing the work — it can’t work with them turned off.
- The 90-day window starts on the date of your first real customer order placed on Storekit++.
How to claim
Email harry@storekit.com within 30 days of the 90-day window ending. We review the data — which we hold, because we run the platform — within 10 business days. If valid, refund is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of acceptance.
The refund covers Storekit’s per-transaction processing fees only. It doesn’t cover payment network interchange, aggregator commissions, or third-party add-on costs.
07 — No contract. No commission. No setup.
No contract
PAYG and Storekit++ both bill on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel any month. There is no minimum term. The 12-month plan exists only as a pricing option for customers who want the annual discount — it is not a lock-in mechanism, and Migrating Customers default to monthly billing.
No commission
Storekit charges 0% commission on every order, on every channel, on every plan. The per-transaction rate covers payment processing only.
No setup
No setup fees. No onboarding fees. No data export fees. If you ever leave, we hand back your full dataset — menu, customers, order history, delivery zones, promotions — in CSV, JSON, or piped directly to your next vendor if they accept an import.
Aggregator commissions on Uber Eats, Deliveroo, DoorDash, Just Eat and other third-party marketplaces are set by those platforms, not by Storekit. We pass them through at cost. We do not mark them up.
General
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms with 30 days’ notice. The version in force on the date you signed up applies for the lifetime of your account. You are not subject to future term changes unless they are more favourable to you.
Fair use
The Sundown Offer is for genuine migrating restaurant operators. If we find evidence of bad-faith account creation — an existing Storekit operator opening a new account to claim the offer, fabricated GloriaFood evidence, or abuse of the revenue-uplift guarantee — we reserve the right to revoke the offer on that account and reapply standard pricing. We’ll always tell you first and give you 14 days to respond.
No warranties beyond what’s stated
The Sundown Offer doesn’t change the disclaimers or limitations in Storekit’s standard Terms of Service. Read those for the full picture.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
Contact
Anything ambiguous, anything missing, anything you’d like clarified — email harry@storekit.com. We answer in plain English.
These commitments are real. Five sit behind cash refunds; the other two are operational guarantees Storekit honours itself. If anything here doesn’t sit right, tell us before you sign up — not after.
