Storekit

About Storekit

Built by operators.
For operators.

Storekit was built in 2020 to keep independent restaurants open through COVID. Six years on, we run direct ordering for over 1,000 restaurants — from single sites to some of the fastest-growing brands in the world.

From lockdown to 1,000+ restaurants.

We started Storekit in March 2020. Independents needed a way to keep taking orders when their dining rooms shut. The big aggregators were charging 30%. The DIY tools were templated and ugly. We built something better — a direct-ordering stack that operators could run themselves, branded properly, with margins that worked.

Six years later, the same product runs takeaway, delivery, dine-in QR, pay-at-table, and catering for restaurants across the UK, EU, and beyond. The brief hasn't changed: keep the relationship between the restaurant and the guest where it belongs.

Ex-operators. Restaurant tech heads.

Storekit's leadership and customer team have spent careers in hospitality — running restaurants, building the tech, or both.

A team of ex-operators.

Every member of Storekit's Customer Success team is an ex-operator. They've worked the pass, opened sites, run rotas, lost staff on a Saturday night. When you call us with a problem at 7pm on a Friday, the person on the other end has lived your problem.
